Eligibility requirements include your financial capacity which you can prove by 1. property value.There are four ways in which you can prove your financial capacity. Image Credit:

2. Cash Savings: To have a bank deposit in the UAE of no less than Dh1 million OR 3. Minimum income: To provide a proof that you have a monthly income of no less than Dh20,000 or of an equivalent other currency ORYou can also provide details of your minimum income or cash savings. Image Credit:

4. Combination of Property value and Savings: To combine points 1 and 2 so that the sum of the bank deposit and market price of the property value is no less than Dh2 millionYou can also provide proof of a combination of property value and savings to be eligible. Image Credit:

Documents required Depending on the eligibility route you wish to use, ensure that you have the required supporting evidence attached in your response email. You would need to provide documents as proof of your financial capacity. Image Credit:
